A one-hour on-site working session with our designer will be held to review the space, confirm the scope of work, and brainstorm initial ideas.

design consultation

step 1.

This is where we gather our trades to visit your home, measure the space and review the scope of work to develop quotes.

trade day

step 2.

We have a phone or virtual meeting to show you the concept of the design and review the preliminary budget.

Concept & Budget Review

step 3.

HHDC presents the design complete with: mood boards, 2D and 3D renderings if scope permits, full selections where permitted, elevations and more to you at a scheduled in person or Zoom meeting.

Revisions to the presentation are charged at an hourly rate. An estimate of hours to accomplish clients requested revisions will be provided before any revisions are made.

Orders are placed, trades are hired and installations begin.

Ordering & Installations

This is the exciting moment when it all comes together and you get to see all of your decisions come to life.

Reveal Day

step 6.

Our team reviews the completed space and rectifies any deficiencies. All accounts are reconciled and the client is presented with a project binder.
