The Jane Project is a custom home nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on several acres of land, providing the perfect setting for a serene and private retreat. Working closely with the homeowners, our team was able to help refine the layout and functionality of the home, tailoring it to suit the unique needs of their family. The design process focused on both aesthetics and practical use, ensuring the home would be as functional as it is beautiful.
A centerpiece of the home is the kitchen, where the homeowners’ vision came to life with stunning inset rift-sawn white oak cabinets. The rich texture and warmth of the wood create a sophisticated atmosphere, perfectly complemented by the selection of LVP flooring, which flows seamlessly throughout the entire home. This durable, high-quality flooring creates a consistent, modern feel that enhances the overall design.
Incorporating elements of modern elegance with touches of warmth, the home’s interior design features exquisite trim work that defines the space. The vaulted ceilings in the main living areas create an expansive, airy atmosphere, while accent walls in the bedrooms add depth and character, making each room feel inviting and personalized.
Our team assisted the homeowners in narrowing down selections for flooring, paint, tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and lighting, ensuring each choice contributed to the home’s cohesive and stylish aesthetic. The custom cabinetry is a standout feature throughout the home, offering both beauty and functional storage solutions that fit seamlessly into every room.
For the exterior, the homeowners expressed a desire for a gray brick home, and we carefully selected the perfect gray brick to complement the modern yet timeless aesthetic they envisioned. The siding, trim, and door colors were thoughtfully chosen to enhance the home’s architectural style, providing a sophisticated and enduring appeal that feels both contemporary and classic.
Additionally, our team was involved in furniture selections and decor, ensuring the interior spaces felt cohesive and comfortable, reflecting the homeowners' style while enhancing the home’s overall design. From the living areas to the bedrooms, every piece was chosen to create a space that is both functional and visually appealing.
