This home remodel began with a layout that felt closed off and disconnected from the way our clients lived. Our goal was to open up the main living spaces and create a home that feels brighter, more connected, and easier to live in day to day.
One of the most impactful changes was transforming the main living area by vaulting the ceiling and opening the kitchen to the living room, creating a seamless, airy space designed for gathering and everyday living.
In the kitchen, a reworked layout centers around a 10-foot island, with added storage through dual pantries and a dedicated coffee bar to bring both beauty and function to daily routines.
Throughout the home, underutilized spaces were reimagined to better serve the homeowners, including a more functional laundry room, a built-in mudbench, and expanded closet space. The result is a home that not only looks different, but lives differently, designed with intention and ease at every turn.
