Styling your mantel doesn’t have to be hard.

This year I went super easy and I want to show you how I did it.

Our mantel sits right under our family room TV.

Can you believe we designed it that way?

For us, this was the perfect fit.

I love it because it keeps decor easy and fuss free in this space.

I bought a few of these golden/rust magnolia branches last Fall at Hobby Lobby.

When they came back in stock for FALL 2022, I scooped up several more.

I fluffed them and laid them across my mantel. No nails. No push pins. Nothing.

And of course, this sign from Kirklands is still a perfect fit in our home.

I simply ran some clear fishing line through the picture frame hooks on the back and tied a knot.

I secured the line to the underneath side of our cedar mantel with a push pin.

I love using this method to hang decor pieces in this space without fear that it is going to crash and fall in the middle of the night.
